VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has declared the final June, 2023, cash distributions for certain Vanguard ETFs (exchange-traded funds), listed in the attached table, that trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on June 26, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable on July 4, 2023. Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are as shown in the attached table.
