VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has declared the final September, 2021, cash distributions for certain Vanguard exchange-traded funds, listed in an attached table, that trade on Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on Sept. 27, 2021, will receive cash distributions on Oct. 4, 2021. Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.
