VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has declared the final August, 2023, cash distributions for certain Vanguard exchange-traded funds, listed in an attached table, that trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on Sept. 1, 2023, will receive cash distributions on Sept. 11, 2023. Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.
