VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS (VAB, VSB, VSC, VLB, VCB, VGV, VRIF, VRE AND VDY)

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has declared the final May, 2023, cash distributions for certain Vanguard ETFs (exchange-traded funds), listed in the attached table, that trade on Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on June 1, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable on June 8, 2023. Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are as shown in the attached table.
