VR ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
VR Resources Ltd. has released
the voting results from the company's annual general meeting of shareholders, held on Thursday, Aug. 31, 2023.
A total of
46,629,676
common shares were voted at the meeting, being 40.92 per cent of the company's total issued and outstanding common shares. A majority of shareholders voted in favour of the management resolutions brought before the meeting, including:
- The number of directors of the company was fixed at four;

The members elected to the company's board of directors for the ensuing year are as follows:
Darin Wagner (chairman), Michael Gunning,
Craig Lindsay and Keith Inman;
- Davidson & Company LLP was reappointed as the auditor for the company for the ensuing year;

Approval of the company's stock option plan and long-term incentive plan;
- Approval of the company's long-term incentive plan by disinterested shareholders.
The company looks forward to executing and reporting on its exploration plans going forward through the remainder of 2023 and into 2024.
