Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Dec. 22, 2023, the exchange has accepted an amendment filing to the non-brokered private placement originally announced on Dec. 18, 2023.

Number of shares:  1,725,000 common share units, each unit consisting of one common share in the capital of the company and one share purchase warrant; 2,148,000 flow-through (FT) units, each FT unit consisting of one flow-through common share and one warrant

Warrants:  3,873,000 warrants to purchase 3,873,000 shares

Finders' fees:  $17,440 cash and 168,000 warrants (two finders) (The finders' warrants are exercisable at 12 cents or 14 cents per finder's share until Dec. 13, 2024, in correlation with the securities found pursuant to the private placement.)

The company issued a news release on Dec. 18, 2023, confirming the closing of the private placement and a news release on Jan. 4, 2023, to confirm the amendment to the private placement. All other information from the Dec. 22 bulletin remains unchanged.
