VANADIUMCORP ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Vanadiumcorp Resource Inc. has granted, pursuant to its 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan, stock options to certain eligible directors, officers and consultants of the company or its subsidiaries to purchase a total of 4,775,000 common shares in the capital of the company, subject to any regulatory approval. The stock options are exercisable for a period of five years at an exercise price of 14 cents per share and vest as to 50 per cent immediately and 50 per cent in one year.
