VIQ SOLUTIONS COMPLETES TSXV LISTING AND VOLUNTARY DELISTING FROM TSX

VIQ Solutions Inc.'s common shares will commence listing on the TSX Venture Exchange on Oct. 21, 2025. In connection with the TSX-V listing, the company voluntarily delisted its common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange, effective Oct. 20, 2025.

"This shift to the TSX-V allows VIQ to continue its focus on cost optimization and allows VIQ access to additional financing options available to TSX-V-listed issuers. The company anticipates that listing on the TSX-V will result in significantly reduced legal, compliance and financial reporting costs as part of our productivity and margin improvement initiative. We are pleased to be on the TSX-V," said interim chief executive officer Larry Taylor.

The TSX-V approved the company's application following a comprehensive evaluation of its financial performance and medium-term outlook. The company will retain the trading symbol VQS on the TSX-V. Shareholder approval was not required under the policies of the TSX to proceed with the transition as the TSX-V is an acceptable alternative market. Shareholders were not required to take any action regarding the company's transition to listing on the TSX-V.
