VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has declared the final November, 2023, cash distributions for certain Vanguard ETFs, listed in the attached table, that trade on the NEO Exchange. Unitholders of record on Dec. 4, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable on Dec. 11, 2023. Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are as shown in the attached table.
