VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has declared the final October, 2023, cash distributions for certain Vanguard ETFs (exchange-traded funds), listed in the attached table, that trade on the NEO Exchange. Unitholders of record on Nov. 2, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable on Nov. 9, 2023. Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are as shown in the attached table.
