VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has declared the final September, 2023, cash distributions for certain Vanguard ETFs (exchange-traded funds), listed in the attached table, that trade on the NEO Exchange. Unitholders of record on Oct. 3, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable on Oct. 11, 2023. Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are as shown in the attached table.
