VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. has declared the final August, 2023, cash distributions for certain Vanguard exchange-traded funds, listed herein, that trade on the NEO Exchange. Unitholders of record on Sept. 5, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable on Sept. 12, 2023. Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are as noted herein.
