The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  8,813,500

Original expiry date of warrants:  July 26, 2023

New expiry date of warrants:  July 26, 2024

Exercise price of warrants:  30 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 20 million shares with 10 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Sept. 1, 2020. The exchange had previously approved, effective July 22, 2020, the extension of the term of these warrants from July 26, 2022, to July 26, 2023.
