VOLT CARBON TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF AGM

Volt Carbon Technologies Inc. has released the outcomes of its annual general and special meeting of the shareholders conducted on Feb. 13, 2024. The shareholders have reaffirmed their support by re-electing all four directors: V-Bond Lee, Dr. Aiping Yu, Glen Nursey and Robert Martin. Furthermore, the shareholders have reinstated Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Stewart LLP as the company's auditor and reapproved the company's stock option plan. The company is pleased to confirm that over 99.4 per cent of the votes cast favoured the recommendations by proxy.
