VECIMA DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Vecima Networks Inc.'s board of directors, consistent with its previously announced dividend policy, has approved a quarterly dividend of 5.5 cents per common share, payable on March 18, 2024, to shareholders of record as at Feb. 23, 2024. This dividend will be designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes. Future quarterly dividends will be subject to board approval.
