VECIMA DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Consistent with Vecima Networks Inc.'s previously announced dividend policy, the board of directors has approved a quarterly dividend of 5.5 cents per common share, payable on Nov. 6, 2023, to shareholders of record as at Oct. 13, 2023. This dividend will be designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes. Future quarterly dividends will be subject to board approval.
