Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletins dated June 8, 2023, April 24, 2024, and Dec. 27, 2024, the exchange has consented to the further extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  24,062,500

Original expiry date of warrants:  May 10, 2024, or May 16, 2024 (extended to Dec. 31, 2025)

New expiry date of warrants:  March 31, 2026

Exercise price of warrants:  30 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 48,125,000 common shares with 24,062,500 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective June 8, 2023.
