Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletins dated Nov. 3, 2022, Aug. 16, 2023, Dec. 11, 2023, June 18, 2024, and Dec. 27, 2024, the exchange has consented to the further extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Original expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 31, 2023 (extended to Dec. 31, 2025)

New expiry date of warrants:  March 31, 2026

Exercise price of warrants:  30 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 13.75 million common shares with 6,875,000 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Nov. 3, 2022.
