The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  24,062,500

Original expiry date of warrants:  May 10, 2024, for 8,008,750 warrants; May 16, 2024, for 16,053,750 warrants

New expiry date of warrants:  Dec. 31, 2024

Exercise price of warrants:  30 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 48,125,000 shares with 24,062,500 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective June 8, 2023.
