New expiry date of warrants:  June 28, 2024

Exercise price of warrants:  30 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 25,192,350 common shares with 12,596,175 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Aug. 27, 2021.
