The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length disposition of up to an 80-per-cent undivided interest in the Neita Norte exploration concession, located in the Dominican Republic, as part of an earn-in and joint venture agreement.

In order for the optionee to earn an initial 60-per-cent interest, it will have to spend an aggregate of $12-million (U.S.) in work expenditures within eight years.

Following the earn-in of the 60-per-cent interest, the optionee will have the ability to elect to sole-finance and deliver a feasibility study by the end of year 12, which will allow the optionee to increase its ownership in the joint venture to 80 per cent.
