The Globe and Mail reports in its Friday, Oct. 17, edition that Scotia Capital analyst Jonathan Goldman is keeping his "sector outperform" recommendation for TerraVest Industries intact. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Goldman gave his share target a $5 trim to $171. Analysts on average target the shares at $179.33. Mr. Goldman says in a note: "EnTrans estimates have been rebased but the investment thesis remains capital allocation. We forecast leverage (ex leases) of 2.5 times exiting F4Q, within the comfort range of two times to 2.5 times. TerraVest shares are down 17 per cent in the past two months, which provides an attractive entry point. At 11.9 times EV/EBITDA on our 2026 estimate, which excludes the U.S. army contract, that is well below other compounders." The Globe reported on Aug. 6 that National Bank Financial analyst Zachary Evershed continued to rate TerraVest Industries "outperform." The shares could then be had for $157.51. The Globe reported on Aug. 15 that Mr. Goldman had reaffirmed his "sector outperform" recommendation for TerraVest Industries. The shares could then be had for $138.96.
