TAMARACK VALLEY ENERGY ANNOUNCES MONTHLY DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Tamarack Valley Energy Ltd. has declared its monthly dividend.

Dividend declaration

Tamarack's board of directors has declared a monthly cash dividend on its common shares of 1.275 cents per share in accordance with the company's dividend policy. The dividend will be payable on Aug. 15, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2025. This monthly cash dividend is designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
