TAMARACK VALLEY ENERGY CLOSES PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED CLEARWATER INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERSHIP TRANSACTION AND ANNOUNCES DECLARATION OF MONTHLY DIVIDEND

Tamarack Valley Energy Ltd. has closed the previously announced Clearwater Infrastructure Limited Partnership transaction, as outlined in the company's Dec. 13, 2023, press release.

The board of directors has also declared a monthly cash dividend on its common shares of 1.25 cents per share in accordance with the company's dividend policy. The dividend will be payable on Jan. 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 29, 2023. This monthly cash dividend is designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
