TANTALEX LITHIUM RESOURCES CLOSES ITS CONTINUED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Tantalex Lithium Resources Corp. has closed its continued non-brokered private placement by way of issuance of 1,818,182 common shares at a price of 11 cents per common share for gross proceeds of $200,000.02.

The private placement is the continuation of its offering that it closed on Aug. 25, 2023, due to investors' interest. No insider will be participating in this private placement and no compensation was paid to any broker dealer.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital purposes. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities law.
