TANTALEX LITHIUM RESOURCES ANNOUNCES CONTINUED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Tantalex Lithium Resources Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement consisting of approximately 1,818,182 common shares at a price of 11 cents per common share for gross proceeds of $200,000.02 due to continued investors' interest.

This private placement is a continuation of the last private placement that the corporation closed on Aug. 25, 2023. In the last private placement, the corporation raised a total of $1,100,489.83.

No insider will be participating in this private placement.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital purposes. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities law.
