TANTALEX LITHIUM RESOURCES FILES UPDATED NI 43-101 MINERAL RESOURCE REPORT FOR THE MANONO LITHIUM TAILINGS PROJECT NOW INCLUDING TIN AND TANTALUM

Tantalex Lithium Resources Corp. has filed an updated technical report titled "NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Report for the Manono Lithium Tailings Project, Manono, Democratic Republic of Congo, with an effective date of Sept. 4, 2023."

A summary of the mineral resource estimates per deposit, as well as the total measured, indicated and inferred, and combined measured and indicated mineral resources is shown in the attached table. The volumes and grades associated with Li2O have not changed from the original report dated Dec. 13, 2022, but include tin and tantalum grades from tailings dumps I, G and K. It is noted that assays from Dump C have not yet been reassayed for the Sn and Ta grades; therefore, only an inferred Li2O mineral resource is declared for this deposit.

The mineral resource was estimated using the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum Best Practice Guidelines, and is reported in accordance with the 2014 CIM definition standards, which have been incorporated by reference into National Instrument 43-101 (Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects), and may be found at the Tantalex website or under the company's SEDAR+ profile.

The qualified person for the mineral resource estimate is Rui Goncalves (BSc honours, MSc (eng)), who is a geologist with 13 years of experience in base and precious metal exploration, mining geology, and mineral resource estimation. He is a senior mineral resource consultant for The MSA Group (an independent consulting company), is registered with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) and is a member of the Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA). Mr. Goncalves has the appropriate qualification and experience to be considered a qualified person for the style and type of mineralization and activity being undertaken as defined in National Instrument 43-101 (Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects).
