TANTALEX LITHIUM RESOURCES CLOSES FINAL TRANCHE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Tantalex Lithium Resources Corp. has completed the final tranche closing of its non-brokered private placement by way of issuance of 3,537,182 common shares at a price of 11 cents per common share for gross proceeds of $389,090.02.

The corporation closed a first tranche on July 12, 2023, and a second tranche on July 21, 2023.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital purposes. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities law.
