TANTALEX LITHIUM ANNOUNCES RESULTS FROM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At Tantalex Lithium Resources Corp.'s annual general meeting of shareholders, held on Aug. 2, 2023, Tantalex shareholders re-elected Hadley Natus, Eric Allard, Yves Kabongo, Simon Collins, Luisa Moreno and Matthew Botell as directors.

The shareholders also reappointed McGovern Hurley LLP, chartered professional accountants, as the auditor of the corporation.

Following the annual meeting, the board of directors appointed the following individuals as officers of the company: Hadley Natus, chairman of the board, Eric Allard, president and chief executive officer, and Kyle Appleby, chief financial officer.
