TANTALEX LITHIUM RESOURCES ANNOUNCES FIRST TRANCHE CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Tantalex Lithium Resources Corp. has completed a first tranche closing of a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $411,400. No compensation was paid in connection with the private placement

The corporation has issued 3.74 million common shares at a price of 11 cents per common share of the corporation.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital purposes. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities law.
