Following completion of the transaction, Turnium Technology's combined annualized revenue run rate increases from approximately $7-million to approximately $30-million, reflecting the scale of Insentra's global services business and the strength of the combined partner ecosystem.

The acquisition also significantly expands Turnium Technology's operational capabilities, increasing the company's global work force from 45 professionals to more than 150 specialized technology experts across North America, the United Kingdom and Australia, with extended reach throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
