TURNIUM TECHNOLOGY GROUP ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF SOFTWARE INDUSTRY VETERAN PAUL PAGLIARO TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Turnium Technology Group Inc. has appointed Paul Pagliaro to the company's board of directors effective Feb. 9, 2026.

Mr. Pagliaro has been a long-time entrepreneur, as well as a senior executive in software companies, financial services and other industries. Recently, Mr. Pagliaro held various senior management roles within an operating group of Constellation Software Inc. from corporate director BD, mergers and acquisitions to vice-president, strategic initiatives, within a portfolio of six vertical market software companies, as well as chief executive officer of GuestVision Software. Previously, Mr. Pagliaro acquired, invested in and grew software companies. Prior to working within the software industry, Mr. Pagliaro held several senior management positions within wealth management at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Bank of Nova Scotia, managing family trusts and settling estates for wealthy Canadian families.
