TRISURA GROUP ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Trisura Group Ltd. has released the results of the company's virtual annual and special meeting of shareholders, held on June 27, 2025.

At the meeting, all nine nominees proposed for election to the board of directors by shareholders were elected. Management received proxies from shareholders in regard to the election of directors, as detailed in the attached table.
