TRULIEVE ANNOUNCES PURCHASE OF 8% SENIOR SECURED NOTES DUE 2026

Trulieve Cannabis Corp. has purchased on the open market 57,000 of its $1,000 (U.S.) face value senior secured notes due Oct. 6, 2026, for a purchase price of $47.6-million (U.S.), which represents a 16.5-per-cent discount to par, plus accrued interest. The notes trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol TRUL.NT.U.
