TREATMENT.COM ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

John Fraser has resigned from the board of directors of Treatment.com AI Inc., effective immediately.

The board would like to thank Mr. Fraser for his contributions to the board and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.

The company has granted 50,000 stock options, exercisable at 55 cents expiring on March 1, 2029, and 110,000 restricted share units, expiring on Feb. 8, 2027, to a consultant and officer of the company. The stock options and restricted share units are issued pursuant to the company's share compensation plans and are subject to vesting conditions.
