The Globe and Mail reports in its Thursday, Nov. 30, edition that CIBC World Markets analyst Robert Catellier continues to rank TC Energy "neutral." The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Catellier boosted his share target by a loonie to $54. Analysts on average target the shares at $52.82. Mr. Catellier says in a note: "Key takeaways from TC Energy's Investor Day were: 1) The increased short-term guidance shows continued solid performance; 2) TC Energy remains committed to spending discipline and deleveraging; and 3) We have a better understanding of the Liquids spinoff. Overall, we come away more optimistic, but there is still a lot for the company to accomplish. We maintain our 'neutral' rating and bump our DCF-based price target." The Globe's Rob Carrick recommended buying TC Energy on Oct. 5 when the shares were going for $45.23. The Globe's guest columnist Scott Clayton said TC Energy was trading at a juicy price in the Number Cruncher column on Oct. 27. The shares could then be had for $46.95. The Globe's guest columnist Gordon Pape lauded TC Energy's 7.4-per-cent yield on Nov. 28. The shares could then be had for $49.91.
