GRAVITAS III ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Gravitas III Capital Corp., subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, has appointed Alex McAulay as its chief financial officer. Drew Green will be stepping down as chief financial officer but will remain as the chief executive officer and chairman of the company.

Mr. McAulay, CPA, CA, is an entrepreneur and experienced public company chief financial officer and director. Mr. McAulay's firm, Treewalk Consulting Inc., provides fractional chief financial officer services and regulatory compliance. Mr. McAulay has served as the chief financial officer of several listed companies and has assisted dozens of issuers in navigating the public markets.
