The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Thomson Reuters Corp. investor The Woodbridge Company Ltd. has filed a notice of intention to sell up to 1.5 million common shares starting Aug. 14, 2026, through the facilities of the TSX or the Nasdaq Stock Market. According to the TSX, Woodbridge currently holds 307,593,126 shares.
