Spin Master Corp. will release its first quarter 2024 financial results after market close on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.

Q1 2024 conference call

Max Rangel, global president and chief executive officer, and Mark Segal, chief financial officer, will host a conference call for the investment community on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. (Eastern Time).

Two thousand twenty-four annual shareholder meeting

Spin Master's annual meeting of shareholders will take place on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. (ET), and will be held via live audio webcast on-line. Shareholders and duly appointed proxy holders will have the opportunity to attend the meeting on-line in real time, ask questions and vote through the live webcast.

Shareholders or guests will not be able to attend this year's meeting in person. To ensure that shareholders' votes are cast, the company asks each shareholder to vote in advance by one of the methods described in Spin Master's management information circular in respect of the meeting (available on the company's SEDAR+ profile).
