Sydney, Australia (FSCwire) - Heron Resources Limited (ASX: HRR) is pleased to advise that all conditions described in the Scheme Implementation Agreement for the proposed merger between Heron and TriAusMin (ASX:TRO, TSX:TOR) and summarized in Annexure F of the Scheme Booklet remain active and no breach has occurred.
The conditions are required to be met or waived by the Second Court Date on 4 August 2014, and excellent progress continues to be made.
