The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that True North Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust has rolled back its trust units on a one-new-for-5.75-old basis, effective at the open on Nov. 24, 2023. According to the TSX, the units will continue trading under the symbol TNT.UN. The new Cusip number is 89784Y 40 7.

The TSX notes that the REIT will not issue any fractional units as a result of the consolidation. Instead, all fractional units will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. For more information, see the REIT's news release dated Nov. 13, 2023.
