The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Treasury Metals Inc. common share purchase warrants will be delisted at the close on Aug. 8, 2023. According to the TSX, the Aug. 7, 2023, expiry date of the warrants is a statutory holiday in Ontario. As a result, the warrants will expire on Aug. 8, 2023.

The TSX notes that the warrants are exercisable at $1.50 per share until they expire. Trades in the warrants on Aug. 3, 2023, will settle on Aug. 4, 2023, trades on Aug. 4, 2023, will settle on Aug. 8, 2023, and trades from the open to 12 p.m. Toronto time on Aug. 8, 2023, will settle on the same day.
