THERMAL ENERGY INTERNATIONAL TO ANNOUNCE FOURTH QUARTER AND FISCAL YEAR 2026 RESULTS ON SEPTEMBER 22, 2026

Thermal Energy International Inc. will release its fiscal 2026 fourth quarter and year-end financial results prior to market open on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026.

Management will host an earnings conference call and webcast to review the financial results at 8:30 a.m. ET the same morning. A question-and-answer session will follow management's prepared remarks, at which time qualified equity analysts and institutional investors will be able to submit questions via the webcast. Other investors are invited to submit moderated questions related to the company's financial and operational performance in advance (prior to 8:15 a.m. ET on Sept. 22, 2026) by e-mail to investors@thermalenergy.com for consideration during the call.
