The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to the sale and purchase agreement dated Jan. 27, 2023, between Trigon Metals Inc. and an arm's-length party. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company may acquire the exclusive prospecting licence (EPL) 8529 in Namibia. By way of consideration, the company will make a cash payment of $1.75-million (Namibian) (approximately $135,449 (Canadian)) and will issue a total of 84,129 shares at a deemed price of 23 Canadian cents per share to the vendor.
