The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  2.5 million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Feb. 18, 2012

New expiry date of warrants:  Feb. 18, 2013

Exercise price of warrants:  25 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 2.5 million shares, with 2.5 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange, effective Feb. 18, 2009, and Feb. 24, 2009.
