Finder's fee:  $5,810 cash and 18,864 warrants

Finder's warrant terms:  Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share and one common share purchase warrant at a price of 22 cents for a period of five years from the date of issuance, with each underlying warrant being exercisable into one additional common share at a price of 28 cents per share for a period of five years.

The company issued a news release on Nov. 29, 2023, confirming the closing of the private placement.
