(TSX-V:TIG | OTCMKTS:TIGCF) ("Triumph Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the Big Creek copper-gold property located in Yukon, Canada (the "Property"), previously announced on February 4, 2021. The Company acquired the Property from Teck Resources Limited ("Teck") in consideration for 1,250,000 common shares of the Company and a 1.5% net smelter return granted to Teck pursuant to a royalty agreement (the "Transaction"). All securities issued in connection with the Transaction are subject to a four month hold period expiring on July 2, 2021. No finder's fees were paid in connection with the Transaction. The Transaction is an arms-length Transaction, and the Company has received final approval of the Transaction from the TSX Venture Exchange. About Triumph Gold Corp.
