The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to a purchase and sale agreement dated Feb. 3, 2021, between Triumph Gold Corp. and Teck Resources Ltd., pursuant to which the company can acquire the Big Creek property, consisting of 258 contiguous quartz mining claims in the Whitehorse mining district in the Yukon. In consideration, Teck will receive 1.25 million shares of the company and a 1.5-per-cent net smelter return royalty.
