         TRIUMPH GOLD CORP. ANNOUNCES CORRECTION TO TRADING SYMBOL 
                                                       
Vancouver,  British  Columbia:  January  25,  2017.  Triumph  Gold  Corp.  (formerly  Northern  Freegold 
Resources  Ltd.)  (TSXV:  TIG)  (the  "Company")  announces  further  to  its  January  24,  2017  news  release, 
that due to a TSX Venture Exchange technical error the Company will trade under the symbol AUCU until 
the close of trading on January 26, 2017. The Company will commence trading under the correct symbol 
"TIG" at market opening on January 27, 2017.
