DIVIDEND - CURRENCY ELECTION AND PAYMENT CURRENCY UPDATE

Thor Explorations Ltd. has provided an update to the dividend timetable announced on April 8, 2024. The currency election date will now be May 14, 2025. All other dates remain as previously announced. In addition, the company will pay the dividend in Canadian dollars, British pounds or U.S. dollars.

Maiden dividend payment timetable:

• May 1, 2025 -- ex dividend date;
• May 2, 2025 -- record date;
• May 14, 2025 -- last day of currency election;
• May 15, 2025 -- announcement of exchange rate in foreign-designated currencies;
• May 16, 2025 -- payment date.
